Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between you and HBD365 ("HBD365," "we," "us"). By creating an account or using HBD365, you agree to them.

The service

HBD365 sends you text-message reminders about birthdays you choose to track: a reminder 7 days before, a reminder on the morning of the birthday, and an optional follow-up the day after. Reminders may include a link to send a digital gift card ($15, $25, or $50) to the birthday person, delivered by text or email on the schedule you pick. We are a reminder service — the accuracy of reminders depends on the dates you enter, and the final decision to reach out (and what to say or send) is always yours.

Your account

You must be 18 or older. You agree to provide a mobile number you own or are authorized to use, and to enter birthday information you have the right to keep in your own address book. You're responsible for activity on your account.

SMS / text message program terms

• Program: HBD365 birthday reminder texts, sent from a single service number.
• Consent: By signing up and confirming via text (replying YES to our confirmation message), you consent to receive recurring automated text messages from HBD365 at the mobile number you provided. Consent is not a condition of any purchase.
• Message frequency varies based on how many birthdays you track — typically 2–4 messages per tracked birthday (7-day, day-of, optional day-after), plus account messages (confirmations, receipts, support replies).
• Message and data rates may apply, charged by your carrier. HBD365 does not charge per message.
• To stop: reply STOP at any time. You'll get one confirmation text and no further messages. For help: reply HELP or email support@hbd365.co.
• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery depends on your carrier and coverage; we log delivery and will tell you if a reminder fails.

Subscriptions, trials, and billing

• Plans: Core — $29/year or $4/month (up to 75 tracked birthdays); Plus — $49/year. Prices may change with at least 30 days' notice to current subscribers.
• Free trial: 14 days, no card required up front. If you add a payment method, your plan begins billing when the trial ends unless you cancel first.
• Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Cancel anytime in your account settings or by emailing support@hbd365.co; cancellation stops renewal and reminders at the end of the paid period. Fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law or expressly stated.
• Payments are processed by Stripe. Apple Pay and Google Pay are available at checkout where supported.

Gift cards

Gift cards are issued by the merchants who sell them and fulfilled by our gift-card partner. Each card is subject to that merchant's own terms. You're responsible for the recipient contact details you provide; a card sent to a wrong address you supplied can't be recalled. If a delivery fails on our or our partner's side, we'll resend or refund the purchase.

Acceptable use

Don't use HBD365 to send spam, harass anyone, track people who have asked you not to, or violate any law. We may suspend accounts that do.

Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided "as is." We work hard to deliver every reminder on time, but we don't guarantee any reminder will arrive, and we're not responsible for a missed birthday, a late message, or the outcome of any gift. To the maximum extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Changes & governing law
